Horse show (4/12/25) mantra/creative outlet

My sports psychologist (Coach Mario) has started telling me to write "Just fucking ride) on the inside of my palm before a big class. This helps me with nerves and performance anxiety. I forgot to upload it here the other week. I thought it was a creative outlet.
